TROUBLE WITH DRUGS SNIFFER DOGS? Several young people have reported being stopped and searched after drugs sniffer dogs have wrongly identified them. One young person who objected was told that the dogs are ‘never wrong’, but this is obviously not correct – as she proved! These searches are being carried out at stations, and even in some schools. We should like to hear from any young person who has been picked out wrongly by a sniffer dog so that we can get some idea of how often this happens.
